The full effect of KarnozinExtra is expressed 1-2 h after the intake, and accordingly its administration should be planned with regard to the length of training.
Adults can take KarnozinExtra in unlimited quantities. Given that in athletes carnosine is mostly used by muscles, the greater muscle mass, more carnosine is necessary.
